    [content] => Birken-Hydrolat wird aus den Blättern und feinen Äste der Birke gewonnen und enthält eine Vielzahl an Mineralstoffen. Vor allem ist Birken-Hydrolat sehr zu empfehlen für Cellulite-Produkte und zum „Entgiften“, da es entwässernd wirkt.



Ebenso kann Birken-Hydrolat bei Hautirritationen in Cremen eingearbeitet oder pur als Gesichtswasser verwendet werden. Ideal ist es bei unreiner Haut, aber auch für reife Haut, da es anregend und vitalisieren ist.



In der Haarpflege hat Birken-Hydrolat einen besonderen Stellenwert, da es hervorragend bei schnell nachfettendem Haar, Schuppen und auch Haarausfall hilft. 



In Fußpflegeprodukten kann Birken-Hydrolat in Kombination mit Salbei-Hydrolat bei Schweißfüßeneingesetzt werden.

Einsatzkonzentration:  bis zu 100% als Gesichtswasser bzw. Tonic – ACHTUNG: bei sehr empfindlicher Haut, kann das Hydrolat zu intensiv sein, daher empfehlen wir hier eine Mischung mit anderen Hydrolaten; als Teil einer Creme bzw. Lotion in der Wasserphase
